Police reportedly were pursuing Randy Glen Goodale on a federal felony warrant for felon in possession of a handgun. According to security videotape, Goodale was sitting in a pickup in a driveway when police arrived. They surrounded Goodale and for unknown reasons shot on him. After the shooting, the truck rolled into a police other, and police originally claimed vehicular assault. According to the video, Goodale appears to be already dead before the truck rolls. Police do not mention finding any weapons on Goodale.
