Randi Marie Fritze was killed trying to escape from a other driven by Dylan Michael Lepard during a police chase. Lepard sped away from an officer who tried to stop the other at about 3 a.m. Fritze, a passenger in the other, was found in the parking lot of an apartment complex. Lepard was apprehended a short time later and charged with felony reckless endangerment and failing to report a fatal accident.
