Randall J. McKenzie was a suspect in a sexual assault of a juvenile. A tip said McKenzie was parked near a common drop off site for elementary school students. Deputies found him parked along Rockwell Road around 4:00 p.m. McKenzie reportedly took out a gun and was told several times to drop the weapon and when he didn't comply, he was shot and killed, police said.
