Suicide
Officers responded around 6:00 a.m. to the report of two people shot on Layer Avenue. The two victims, 27-year-old Megan Wisniewski and 63-year-old Margie Ramos, were killed. Around 11 a.m. there was a police standoff with the suspect, a 36-year-old Buffalo man. Around noon, police said Rafael Perez was dead from a self-inflicted gunshot.
