Police were on patrol when they someone firing shots from one car into another. Police pursued, and the other drove inthe general direction of officers. Officers fired their weapons, hitting at least one of the car's occupants. The driver tried to get away, but was arrested after the car hit other parked cars. Rafael Cruz was pronounced dead. Police alleged vehicular assault.
