Deadly force
Police saw a dark sedan driving erratically and began following the car. The car collided with two other vehicles, police said. After the initial crash, the driver continued eastbound and struck a light pole. The person in the other allegedly was armed with a firearm and was shot and killed. What prompted police to open fire was withheld.
