Police were called over an altercation regarding illegal parking on the sidewalk. As police were investigating the illegally parked other, a Ford SUV pulled up next to the officer and the deceased pulled a gun from his holder and displayed it in a threatening manner. The officer stepped back and fired multiple shots into the SUV.
