Phyllis Manderson, originally was identified by police as Phyllis Davis, failed to yield when she was taking a left turn off of West Ogden Avenue onto Feldott Lane. Her 2017 Hyundai Elantra struck the southbound 2013 Ford Explorer being driven by Officer Tracy Heusinkvelde, police said. Manderson was killed.
