Phillip Samuel Moskios Jr. and a passenger were pulled over after a police dog alerted on the car for possible illegal drugs. Moskios assaulted a deputy and both he and his female passenger fled on foot. Two deputies and a DEA agent pursued Moskios. They shot and killed Moskios but no details have been provided.
