Deadly force

Officers were called to check reports of a naked man shooting a gun outside his apartment. When Officer Claude Ralls and Officer Heriberto Orozco arrived, the man had gone inside his apartment. A short time later, he came outside with a handgun tucked in his pants. Positioned outside the man's apartment, the officers were in the process of trying to reach him by phone when he came outside. Police said he pulled the gun and pointed it at officers. He was shot and killed.
