A medical call to the Waukesha Fire Department about a 58-year-old man who was having trouble breathing. Police tried to arrest a domestic abuse suspect. The man, Paul J. Bruner, was under a domestic abuse injunction order. Police said Bruner was uncooperative and refused medical attention. Meanwhile, the woman had visible minor injuries. Determining that a domestic violence incident had occurred earlier, police tried to arrest Bruner. He allegedly became combative. Officers used a stun-gun -- an "electronic control device" -- and physical force to take him into custody. The man died.
