Chuck Bosone Jr. told police that another driver, Holcomb, pointed a gun at him as they headed north on Highway 146. Officers pursued Holcomb to an apartment complex, where he hid for about 45 minutes. He threatened himself and officers with his gun. When he pointed his gun at an officer and cocked it, the officer fatally shot him.
