Deadly force

Officers reported to a home at around 9:30 p.m. for reports of a suspicious man. When police arrived, a man was wielding a knife and walking around the property. After confronting the man, one of the officers reportedly used a Taser on the man. It was ineffective, police said. Police said a second officer shot and killed the man.
