Deadly force

Paul Alan L'Herault was a veteran diagnosed with PTSD. He called his VA psychiatrist to report he was suicidal and mixing alcohol with his meds. Psychiatrist called police and asked for a welfare check. Police found man in his driveway holding a rifle. When the man allegedly pointed the rifle in their direction, an officer shot and killed the man. (suggest calling Aurora PD for man's name, it is not in media reports).
