A state trooper stopped to check on a other crash. After the trooper stopped, he saw that the driver, O'Rourke, was holding a sword. O'Rourke started running away from the trooper, who chased him. When O'Rourke turned around and confronted the trooper with the sword, the trooper fired his Taser. Shortly after that, O'Rourke died.
