Deadly force

Officers responded to a 911 call from Heki's mother stating her son was suicidal. Heki had previously attempted suicide by rifle to face. Officers heard shots fired in apartment, and Heki continued to fire upon leaving using handgun. Heki had two rifles slung over shoulders. Officers ordered Heki to drop weapons. Heki pointed handgun at officers at which point they shot and killed him. Heki's father disputes the account, stating that Heki had gone to the ground and pushed the handgun away before officers shot him.
