Officers claimed they saw Paris Turner "acting suspiciously" in "an area known for drug trafficking" in the Garfield Park neighborhood. Police attempted to take Turner into custody at about 6:30 p.m., but he allegedly resisted arrest, appeared to swallow a bag of drugs, and then collapsed while running away.
