Perry police attempted to pull over a Ford Excursion, but the Excursion refused to stop. Police elected to pursue the other, and Georgia State Police joined in. A GSP trooper ran into the car, knocking it into a guardrail. It rolled and ejected the driver, killing Pamela Yvonne Theobold.
