A local motorcycle officer initiated a pursuit of an SUV travelling 69 MPH in a 35 MPH zone. Soon after, that fleeing SUV rammed a small Mazda sedan containing Pablo Mansilla-Aguinaga and Sandra Paulson. Both died in the fiery crash. The driver of the SUV emerged with serious head wounds.
