Kolberg crashed his Toyota Tundra into a utility pole. He got out of the truck and was walking around and answering their questions, police said. Ware County police said Kolberg then bit an EMT's hand and kicked her in the chest. They say he tried to bite and kick a paramedic and firefighters. Deputies say after they warned Kolberg, they used an X26 Advanced Taser to drive stun him. Police said he died from the accident, not the Taser.
