Paramedics arrived at a residence to take O'Patrick Humphrey, a schizophrenic patient, to the hospital. He didn't cooperate and jumped on one of the medics. When head pulled the police car door open and started pulling the officer out of the car. The officer was able to pull his weapon and fire one shot that didn't hit Humphrey. Another officer ran over after hearing the shot and fired at Humphrey.
