How they died

Shot with sniper rifle in Khazaneh neighborhood in front of his wife and two daughters aged 4 and 7. He was an employee of Ettelaat newspaper. Newspaper management received his body through lobbying to preserve the regime's reputation and registered him as a Basij member killed by Monafeqin (MEK) and terrorists.
