Oliver Williams died after a chase in Madison County. Williams was a former Holmes County deputy and police chief of Goodman. Authorities say Williams may have been drinking and that's why he avoided a road block on Interstate 55. A chase ensued and Williams was killed when he crashed on Highway 51.
