Nowy Angel Duron

Deadly force

Police went to a house to serve warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony possession of a firearm, felony evasion and burglary. The homeowner warned officers the man was inside the residence and was most likely armed. Officers spotted Nowy Angel Duron running toward the back of the residence with a handgun. Two deputies stationed outside the back door shot and killed Duron when he pointed he handgun in their direction.
