Lopez jumped into the back of a moving pickup truck. The driver stopped and stepped out of the other. Lopez climbed into the driver's seat and drove the truck into a Ford Explorer. He exited the pickup, was run over by a third other, then collapsed. Officers and EMTs responded. Lopez kicked them. Officers tasered him twice. EMTs asked the officers to stop. Lopez passed out, dying five days later.
