Noah Green allegedly rammed into two officers and a barricade outside the Capitol, killing U.S. Capitol Police officer William "Billy" Evans. The second officer who was hit has been hospitalized but is in stable and non-threatening condition. Green was shot and killed by police after getting out of the car with a knife in hand and lunging at them.
