Nikolas Frazier called 911 to report a man holding a rifle in the Walmart parking lot. When officers arrived, they found a man in his mid 20s and made contact with him. The man allegedly was armed with something that resembled a rifle. An officer shot and killed the man when the man allegedly pointed the weapon at the officer. The man was Nikolas Frazier and he was brandishing a BB rifle.
