Bow Police Officer Thomas Ouellette, 44, was driving his Ford Expedition southbound when his other drifted from the right-hand travel lane into the breakdown lane and struck the rear of a disabled tractor-trailer truck that was parked in that lane. His children, Nicholas Ouellette, 16, and Gavin Ouellette, 6, were killed. While it was not reported in news media, since it was his personal other, FE assumes Officer Ouellette was off-duty.
