Deadly force
Around 8 p.m., officers were responding to a report of a disabled car. Officers discovered one of the men in the car had a warrant for his arrest and attempted to take him into custody, but instead he ran off. Officers ran after him but Nicholas Ellingson allegedly pulled a gun and aimed it at the officers, and one of the officers shot and killed him.
