During a police chase, Douglas Pollard's pickup crashed into a car on S. Layton Blvd. and W. Greenfield Avenue, killing Nels Frank, 21, of Milwaukee and Scott Stefanski, 22. Pollard, 42, was charged with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor other and two counts of fleeing causing death.
