The man was shot after allegedly grabbing an officer's Taser and shocking him with it during a struggle as police tried to apprehend him, according to authorities. Officers were responding to a report that he had been smashing windows with a skateboard. They pursued the man on his skateboard with their car until he fell or jumped off, police said.
