Neico Crooks was shot and killed while he driving a black car that was reported stolen. Police spotted him about 4 a.m., and in his attempt to get away, Crooks struck an officer. Several officers shot him as he drove, and he crashed into a house. No one was reported killed or wounded inside the home.
