At Rest

Less-than-lethal force
Cobbs was under the influence of PCP when officers attempted an arrest, using a police dog and a Taser to subdue him. The coroner attributed his subsequent death to "exited delirium" and drug intoxication; other physicians cited possible internal bleeding from extensive dog-bite wounds and Taser injuries.
This record exists so that Nathaniel Cobbs, and all who are named in this archive, are never reduced to a number.
