Less-than-lethal force
Police responding to a burglary call saw two people leaving the building. The two suspects were followed to 69 N. 17th Ave. where they parked their other and continued to run on foot. Officers used Mace incapacitate the men, although the coroner said it was more likely heart disease that killed Searcy.
