About 2 p.m. a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper attempted to stop a other for a registration violation. The man fled west on Interstate 70 before turning around near Bonner Springs, Kansas, and driving eastbound into oncoming traffic. The fleeing motorist and the driver of another other swerved before crashing head-on. Nathan Pena was killed. Anthony Dorsey, 29, was charged with felony murder charges and felony fleeing.
