Deadly force
A patrol officer stopped a other to talk with a man and a woman. Police said the man was Nathan Banks. The officer noticed that Banks had a gun and ordered him to stay in the other, but Banks allegedly left the other with the gun and ran. The officer chased Banks on foot and caught him near the porch of a home, where Banks was shot and killed.
