Nathan Allen allegedly had stolen a plumbing and drain company's truck, then crashed it into a building. He got out of the truck and shot a woman and man, both of whom died. The man may have been trying to stop Allen. One person "was engaged" with the alleged gunman in an alley before police shot and killed Allen.
