About 6 p.m., officers attempted to stop a other in Western Heights. The occupants were suspected in an April 7 shooting, police said. Napoleon J. Moore refused to stop, and officers chased his other until the driver crashed. Moore was killed, his passenger was injured, and a person in a other that was not involved in the pursuit was injured.
