Two security guards for a private industrial property noticed the subject entering employees' vehicles and contacted police. Upon LBPD arrival, officers discovered that two security guards had detained the subject after he attempted to take one of the security guard's other and, when that failed, attempted to scale a nearby fence. After arresting the subject, he went into medical distress and died before he reached the hospital.
