Hurricane City police said they were dispatched to a Walgreens at 9 p.m. The caller said the man was acting strange and not making sense when he was talking. When officers arrived, they found the man was armed with a handgun. Police tried to negotiate with the man. At approximately 10:45 p.m., he shot and killed himself.
