Police were called to a residence at about 12:18 p.m. to investigate a report of a domestic incident involving a man and a 27-year-old woman. Troopers arrived to find the man armed with a rifle. After a standoff, police entered the home and found the man dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, police said.
