Deadly force

Two men and a woman were inside the restaurant, when a man began behaving inappropriately toward the woman. The men and the woman left the restaurant, but were followed by the man. An argument began, and the man fired a gun at the group, but missed. An off-duty officer saw the argument, and came over to confront the man. The officer ordered the man to drop his weapon, but the man did not. He fired at the officer and missed, and the officer shot and killed him.
