Police tried to stop a other that was leaving an area where officers said they heard gunshots. Police said the suspect's other was traveling without its headlights on and had a bullet hole in the front windshield. While fleeing from officers, the driver lost control, and the other struck a utility pole. The other then overturned and came to rest in a yard. Police said the driver fled on foot and was later arrested. The passenger inside the other was killed.
