Around 6 p.m., police got a call advising someone may have been shot. When officers arrived, they found a woman had barricaded herself inside a other on the 5th floor of the Medical Center Plaza Visitor parking deck, police said. Hours later, the standoff ended when police discovered the woman was dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
