Police received a call for a domestic incident at about noon at Windsor Ridge apartments, and said when they arrived the incident was still in progress, a man apparently had stabbed his wife and pursued her with the knife to another apartment where he continued to attack her. Police shot and killed the man when he refused to drop the knife
