Police attempted to stop a man they believed had stolen a truck from Jackson and driven into Clinton. The man reportedly would not stop and evaded police before driving back to Jackson. The man reportedly rammed a police cruiser before crashing. The man allegedly got out of the other and started a fight with an officer. Police shot and killed the man.
