Officers responded to a noise complaint around 12:30 a.m., where a other fled. Authorities learned that a victim's car was damaged after they were assaulted by a man. Officers found the man's car around 1:30 a.m. and attempted to stop it. The car fled with police chasing it, failing to stop at three stop signs, until it hit a tree, killing the driver.
