Police responded to a dispute between two people at a Dollar Tree store where one of them was armed with a knife. Police found the man who allegedly had the knife a few blocks away at 1520 W. 37th St. Multiple witnesses said the man was face forward toward the cop, but backing up, when the officer shot and killed him in the light of the day.
