About 11:50 a.m., a man who may have been stopped on a felony arrest warrant, pulled out a handgun, which officers ordered him to drop. The man then raised the weapon and reportedly shot himself in the head. The officer also shot at the man, but it wasn't immediately reported whether the man was hit.
