Suicide

Deputies were dispatched at about 11:38 a.m. for a complaint of a suicidal subject who was believed to be armed. When deputies arrived, they saw the man trimming a tree near the railroad tracks. When they approached the man in their squad cars, the man put down his chain saw, picked up a rifle, aimed it at the lead squad car and shot at the squad car passenger door twice. Police retreated. Drones were deployed. At 2:29 p.m., one of the drones located a dead person lying on the ground a next to a rifle.
